RULES AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO PATIENTS:
  • Check out time is 12:00 Noon;
  • Do not reach the centre without the confirmation of Accommodation;
  • Your admission is subjected to the personal examination of our Chief Medical Officer;
  • Please bring all your latest medical records during admission and the medicines which you are already taking;
  • In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request all our guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Nepal and Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card;
  • You should plan the duration of your stay at Kailashnath Arogyadham according to doctor’s recommendation;
  • Patient should try to understand the vision behind the rules of naturopathy treatments and try to co-operate well following doctor’s advice for better recovery and results. They should be willing to accept the vegetarian diet;
  • You must follow the diet strictly, as prescribed by the doctors at the appointed hour. Don’t take anything extra without Doctor’s advice, even if it is fruit or juice;
  • Pets are not allowed in the centre’s premises;
  • Smoking, Alcohol, tobacco pan, gutkha, tea, coffee, soft drinks, non-vegetarian foods consumption is strictly prohibited for patients inside/outside the campus during the treatment duration;
  • Patient should not leave premises during the time of stay, but in case of any emergency, he/she can take prior permission of the doctor for leaving the premises. They should not eat and bring any eatable from outside or home;
  • Avoid carrying / wearing heavy jewelry during the treatment;
  • In case of health emergency during your stay contact Doctor immediately;
  • Usage of mobile, telephone, and laptops bare minimum, that too only in the room but not outside;
  • Please do not pluck leaves, fruits or flowers from the premises and try to maintain silence and cleanliness;
  • An adjustable deposit of Rs. 5000/-(Rs five thousand only) is required to book the desired accommodation through draft / cheque in favor of M/s HILLTAKE HEALTH & HOMES Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Kathmandu Nepal;
  • All the cancellations and postponements should be informed at least seven days in advance in writing / email or fax. Otherwise the deposited amount will be forfeited. No information by telephone is entertained in this accord;
  • Child below 5 years will not be allowed during your stay as a patient for better outcome;
  • Patients must comply with the rules and regulations of the centre;
  • Tariff can be revised by the management from time to time;
  • Right of admission and discharge is reserved. Indiscipline patients are discharged without assigning any reason;
  • A patient can stay for minimum of seven days and maximum of 40 days;
  • For all disputes Kathmandu is the jurisdiction;
  • Yoga dress / salwar suit for ladies / kurta pyjama for gents
  • Loose gown or Shorts
  • Canvas shoes
  • Woolen clothes / seasonal clothes
  • Tooth paste , brush, comb, etc.
  • One should get the following things at the time of admission for your comfortable stay;
